Before we get into how to start working with me, it is important that you understand my eligibility requirements. The main reason is that I have these in place is because I’ve developed a system that I know works for the clients that I do my best work with. They are as follows:
👉Male/Female, over 20 years old
👉In a stable financial position and can commit to a £100 (3.50/day) per month investment in your health.
👉Not looking for a quick fix – “Lose 20 pounds on 20 days”
👉You’re free from any serious injuries that could impact the coaching process.
